I ordered Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Mobile through www.timtara.com (online website) vide order NO.10379524, amount of product is Rs.14872/- paid through online money transfer via credit card on 31.12.2012. timtara assure delivery within 3 weeks. But after 4 months over,timtara will not shipment of my products. I called and mailed more so many times to timtaracustomer care for last 60 days for Cancellation of Order and refund. But no response to take the shipment of My products still after 4months. Kindly guide me how to file case in consumer court.
