Refund from loop mobile not recieved for cell 9821086318,
customer no. 1.2116488
loop mobiles bill dated 17.11.2014 confirmed that refund of
rupees 859.55 and also states that Rs. 56 is outstanding.
These Rs. 56 were pid through ECS. So the refund amount is
859.55+56 = Rs. 915.55
loop mobile also closed all channels of communication i.e
phone, email and letter are not replied.
An email form loop dated 14.11.2014 says that refund will be
paid in 25 days. Months have passed but not recieved refund.
Can you please take up this matter with consumer forum.
