Consumer Redressal

I wanted to purchase a Panasonic Window AC (5star) and hence visited the Panasonic Showroom at Plaza Mall Gurgaon ( Malhotra Enterprises 8b, 2nd floor, The Plaza Mall, MG road, Gurgaon Tel 0124-4140245). I was assisted by Rajesh who informed me that under Panasonis their is only one model which the company manufactures and that is CW-KC1814YA. Since I wanted to buy Panasonic only I paid the amount and I was sent the above model. Date of Purchase 3 April 2015 invoice no 2092. As my brother stays in Delhi and he also wanted to purchase an AC I advised him to buy Panasonic from Delhi only. I also went with him tt the shop in Delhi. I was surprised to know from the shop that Their was a new stock of the Panasonic Window Ac 5 star and the model is CW-KC1815YA with improved filter and the CW-KC1814YA which I was sold by Malhotra Enterprises was old stock as the number 14 in the model number denotes the year. I feel cheated by the shopkeeper as he never informed me about the new model an
