Consumer Redressal

My complaint is against homeshop25.com. I have ordered an I phone 5s (order no. 601) on March 24, 2015 & made payment of Rs. 15000 in advance. They committed to deliver the product with in 3 days of the order placed. When I called them about my product delivery, they said that they have dispatched the product & will receive in 2 days. After 2 days I have received a courier from there side & that was only an envelope which is basically a hand made invoice of the product, nothing else. They have marked in that invoice that they will dispatch the product after 3 days from this invoice. As f there commitment when I called them for my product, they were just giving me dates & dates to dispatch the product. But they have not dispatched it. After my extreme pressure on them, finally on day before yesterday one of there sr, supervisor Mr. Jatin told me that they have dispatched the product & gave me a fraud tracking no. to track it.
