Consumer Redressal

have submitted my phone on dated 14.03.2015 for problem description as some time mic work some time not work vide work order No. 310001220225. I talked many time with customer care, but only answer I got is "Your handset is under repair". As per the statement & customer care reply it will take 15 days to repair, now it is 20 days, but I have not received back my phone and still shown as under repair. I daily calling to Customer care and only answer I got that My phone is under Repair.
