Consumer Redressal

This is to inform you that myself Mr. Ajay Rai was posted in Jalgaon, Maharashtra and was transferred to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I am shifting with my family and kids. I appointed ACI packers and movers to shift my household goods. The truck was fully loaded with my household goods and was dispatched from Jalgaon on 26/3/15 at 20.00 hrs. The value of my household goods is Rs 5, 80,000=00 The vehicle registration number was MH 15AG6350.The transporter had given a verbal commitment to deliver the goods at Lucknow destination on 29/3/15. I had agreed to this date as it was suiting me. But the am still waiting to receive my materials as the vehicle has not reached Lucknow till now. After making repeated attempts to contact M/S ACI transport to tract my consignment the vendor has failed to give me proper response. Meanwhile I had checked in a Hotel at Lucknow with my family and paying the hotel bills due to none of my fault. Till now have spent Rs. 18000=00 the proof of which I can produce. Irrespective of the monetary part me and family is forced to this untoward mental agony and trauma which can never be compensated. This is for the transporter only who has landed me in this hapless situation. I want justice and compensation.
