COMPLAINT:- Reluctance to handover auctioned gold jewelry . I am winner of gold jewellery auctioned by the ICICI Bank brch at various places but the concerned brch manager declined to hand over the gold jewelry without any valid grounds:-a)On 21.2.2015 the pouch was allotted from Agroha Hisar Haryana. The weight of the asset was 24.5 gram and the bidding was Rs 51000.00. b) One pouch was allotted to me from Yamuna Nagar Haryana against the auction held on 21.01.2015. The weight was 69 grams and the bidding price Rs 1,54,001.00 c) One pouch of 140.5 gram on my highest bid of Rs 2,70,200.00 was allotted to me on 18.3.2015 from Rudrapur Uttaranchal State. d) The auction held on 16.3.2015 having weight 158 gram placed at Hoshiarpur Punjab I preferred the bid of Rs 324970\- the highest bid as the computer shown my ranking position as 1 (One).
