Consumer Redressal

Seeing an add in quikr I decided to go for a business set up for Paper Dona making. As agreed over phone, I had deposited a total sum of Rs 2,34,800/- to various account numbers messaged by Mr Syed. This also included current account of M/s Lakshmi Enterprises, Lucknow. This contract included cost of new machine (which ranges from 80,000/- to 1,00,000/- in market), assured supply of raw material, buy back of finished product , 5 years warranty and life long maintenance . Machine was delivered to me in very bad condition with lots of part missing. Lot of follow up with Mr Syed, We did not receive any support in terms of business set up and repair of machine. After more than 4 months I could get the machine repaired through a local technician for which I had to pay more than Rs 50,000/-. Due to no support from supplier, it is a loss making proposition. Request your support to recover my losses due non-fulfillment of deliverables by Mr Syed and M/s Lakshmi Enterprises.
