Consumer Redressal

MR. JAI BHAGWAN is availing(PROP.- M/s Mangat Rai Murari Lal JAI BHAGWAN) the services of BSNL Landline past many years through the connection numbers : 233268 , 230268 ,231459,238725 but past 2-3 years the consumer is facing the regular problems. Besides repetitive reminders to BSNL ,there is no proper reply and redressal for the grievance being faced. Despite the problems faced ,the complain was forwarded through telephonic conversation to the Department of telecommunication but there was no suitable action taken till date. Moreover the fixed monthly usage charges are being paid as per schedule time with 0 (Zero) i.e. No Usage [233268 , 230268 ,231459].So, the amount is being charged without providing any services. Therefore,I kindly request the authorities to take suitable action for the same or waive off all the connections upon suitable information and communication.
