Consumer Redressal

I am an old customer of reliance prepaid service my number is 9331726416. I am using this number and my present balance is 248.50 but suddenly without any notification my number becomes blocked when i try to call the message i heard that call to customer care, so called them and they are telling please submit your document again. I asked clarification 1. without submit document how can any person get the sim 2. I have already submitted the document at reliance outlet if they are not send it to headoffice of reliance who will be responsible for that. 3. Without notification how reliance can cut my prepaid connection I got shameless answer from customer care we don't have any explanation we can't activate your connection. I am using this number for long time now i am not getting any incoming call and can't do any outgoing call. I don't have any idea where to go to resolve my problem.
