i am old customer of reliance pepaid connection my number is 9331726416 today suddenly without any notification they stopped connection when i call their customer care they are telling that i have to submit my document to reliance outlet, but i have already submitted the document several times at dum dum kajipara outlet of reliance. But they continuously telling me to submit my document. This is such a shameful act from reliance which is undesirable. I have recharged the number few days ago and my current balance is 248.50. I don't have any idea why they are doing this to me. Please take care of that matter urgently.
