Hi,
My registered parcel which got returned due to my unavailability is missing in the return journey.The parcel came from CHINA (RJ337630569CN) and as per the Yelahanka Post office Bangalore the item has been returned.They have required documents to validate it; but I am not able to get any help from Kolkata Airport sorting office.I tried to call them multiple times they always tell me to contact Mumbai ASPO. But Mumbai ASPO staff rechecked and told that they haven't received it.Presently it is in missing state and I am not able to track it due to non-cooperation.
