igl sending bill for wrong meter reading without getting meter reading.having a connection of igl at my residence at j-68-d, dda lig flats, ashok vihar, phase-1, new delhi-110052. My connection no.4000155095, it also called as business partner no. by igl. Igl sending me the bills having meter reading, without taking the meter reading from around last one year.At last September 2014 I again emailed to igl regarding their bill which having excess meter reading. After that they adjusted my paid amount (excess) & I satisfied for their adjustment also. But the same problem again appeared in bill,bill date 08-1-15. The said bill charged NOW for less reading, i.e. 6 units for one month(2x6units=12 units). I ignored it, paid it on time as always I did & assumed that they will do the correction for it also.But I received another bill dtd. 09-3-15 for the same calculation, i.e. 12 units for two month,contacted their ccc,got ref.no.MKT20151931156 dtd.18-3-15 but no action taken till date.
