I got a message from Vodafone regarding resubmission of documents on 27.03.2015 and my number got deactivated on 28.03.2015. I visited vodafone store for submission of my documents but they are saying that my number(9433551122) will get reactivated only by wednesday(01.04.2015). Mobile Service is an emergency need for customers and the number is linked to all my bank accounts and courier addresses.Also I live away from home.This sudden de-activation is causing me serious trouble. And this was not expected from a MNC like Vodafone. I have been a vodafone user from 2005 but now i am highly dis-satisfied with such action from the company. I had taken the connection from a Vodafone Store(chandannagore). So i am surprised how can my documents be rejected after over a years Usage.
