I have ordered a samsung 9000mAh power bank with order no. AB1498967 ON AskmeBazaar.com. Got delivery it to my address on 19.03.2015 through Delhiver Courier services. in my product I found lots of mismatch there. like as no product serial no. was there, A 30 pin USB cable was missing, this product seems to a duplicate product because it not give me proper back up like as this kind of confugered device as usual giving.
I have bill of this product,the above mentioned company do not co-operating with me when I made a call to their helpline no. which is 04444444444
please help me...
