Consumer Redressal

I bought sweet and sour chilly chicken from a restaurant 'Aroma' in the sealing flyover on 30/3/2015 and when I asked for the receipt he told me that I have to pay tax and vat on the top of the food price and when agreed to pay those he said he can't provide the bill because no body in that region provides that. He even said I may complain to the consumer forum. I said he is evading tax of the government and he remained silent. I have recorded the conversations between us. I home you will take proper action even if it is small issue but gov is really missing a lot of taxes.
