I had ordered a Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2 (Black)‏ phone from snapdeal.com on 14th , December 2014. ORDER NO 4007943523.after some time my phone unable to charge my phone for this problem i am going to service center.For service center i got info my phone is not in warranty so i returned my phone to snapdeal.com 19/02/2015 & they ask to me they will initiating my refund in my bank account in 5 to 7 working day bet after 45 days i am not getting my refund & that time i am call to them they ask me give us some more time pls help me
