my above important working cell no (using last 10 years) was makes inactive by AIRTEL -BHARATI Co. w/o any prior information & cause which not only waste my valuable day but also makes me depart from all communicating w/o concerns. Even after my co-operation in full its was not activated from 9 am to 6 pm official, though AIRTEL confirm to make it active by 4 hours. The point is why should we pay the 50 rs for their technical up gradation? How to recovered my 250 important no which I lost due to their faulty system up gradation? Since they did not prior inform u about this, not only by SMS/EMAIL/ETC. I thereby request you to look after this important concern subject. AIRTEL & OTHERS Tel com CO are making billions of profit, by this systematized upgrading but there should be a convenient way not like this by harassing us. KAUSHIK
