I had bought a guitar on 5th August 2014 and I was to get a guitar bag for which I paid extra Rs.2500/-. At the time of buying the guitar M/s.Musiking did not have the bag so he gave me a cheaper bag and told me that he would give me the proper bag when it arrived. I have been calling, texting, sending letters but he is avoiding me fully.
Since he has not given me the bag, I would like the amount of Rs.2500/- given back to me and Rs.25,000/- as compensation for torturing me.
