I HAD SENT completed PF withdrawal form to South Delhi PF office. As per DTDC courier company, my package was delivered on 4/3/2015. However when checking status found no record found online, when contacted RO through email they are saying they have not received any application. When registered a grievance complaint, the redressal authority also says that they have not received any application. The courier company confirmed that they delivered the package to the office bearer Mr.Satap. what to do? I need the PF money.
