I have a Airtel prepaid mobile connection. My Phone No. is 9239317822. I came to know on 27/03/2015
that app. Rs. 150/- was deducted from my balance due to internet usage on my mobile on 25/03/2015.
First of all I never use internet in my mobile so, question does not arise to download anything from
internet. Moreover on 25/03/2015 I was on train and returning from Puri. I am ready to produce my
mobile before on you to check it that I have used mobile internet or not. However I lodged a complain
on 27/03/2015 at 8 p.m. on 121 number against this deduction and customer care executive told me
that they send a massage but till time I have not received any massage from Airtel. So, I can not
understand that my complain was booked or not. So I am requesting to you, please look into the matter
and help me to return back my balance.
