Sub- Got incomplete refund.
Yesterday I placed online shopping order at paytm.com at 7:19pm and canceled it at 7:33pm. After canceled that order refund of money what I pay for is not completely refunded. I got only 1068.6₹ in my paytm wallet remaining amount of 985.4₹ is still pending towards paytm. I mailed paytm 4-5 times regardind this but they didnt replied.
Order details is Order no. #831244179, Huawei E8221s-1 3G Data Card for ₹ 2054.
Payment details is Paytm cash transaction no. F99AA52AFD0D6866 and CC transaction no. 2313283191950850.
I hope you are help me to resolve this issue.
