Consumer Redressal

To, The Consumer Redressal Forum Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to state that I ordered to www.whaaky.com for a power bank charger and make payment Rs.599/- through netbanking on 03/03/2015 my ordered comfirmed by the above website and they specified the period to supply the ordered item with in working 8-10 days. (copy enclosed for your reference). After passing ten days I contacted on their customer care no. 40 6622 8282 many times but nobody do not pickup the call on working days. Then I wrote to their customer support email id support@whaaky.com many times ( proof enclosed). They replied on 14/03/2015 that they dispatching the said item on urgent basis but I did not receive any mail/sms or ordered item to till date. The payment is not a big amount but i want to teach a lesson to them for this Fourtwenty. Kindly look in the matter and do needful to save the other person of country. Regards
