I have come from Mumbai to stay in Kolkata for 4 months.I went to vodafone (southcity mall) store to get a postpaid connection which I got.Everything was fine but I started getting call for Preeti Bhol.When I approached the customer care southcity mall i was informed that I got a re-cycled number and asked me to get a new number .Please note I am here for just 4 months ,I am working,I have given this new no. to all my financial institutes and my personal contacts.It is not possible for me to again run from pillar to post and change my number everywhere. Moreover I am receiving calls in the previous owner's name ,getting numerous sms-es from Jabong Pantaloons,Dominos,Snapdeal,BJP Office,IOB,Spencer, NSDLPN,Best Deal,Myntra,Flash, Meru Flexi,Pediasure to name a few which is driving me mad.Also my bill this month is Rs.4787/-.Please furnish the details of such exorbitant amount.In the view of the above I request u to take necessary actions&compansate monetory loss if anyin this regard.
