Consumer Redressal

I bought an Indesit Front Loading Washing Machine from a retailer (Vijay Sales) in Mumbai, India in April 2011. In less than 1 year I started having problems in the drum which I complained to the service center. there had been visits from the service cenbter after many calls from me but the problem was repetitive. They did so for almost 2 years and now after the warranty period os over they are asking me to change the panel. This problem is not rectified until now when the machine is more than 2 years old. The service team has taken a component out of my machine and now not responding to my calls. and I don\'t have words to explain their inefficiency. This is a shocker for me that a MNC Home appliance manufacturer has such a poor after sales service and now left ne cheated with a non-functioning machine. the Indesit company claims their products are Efficient, Reliable and Functional but that is not what I experienced and they failed in all the three.
