i had bought a dell laptop studio 1548 which had a full onsite repair warranty ,
the laptop display went off. the dell engineers have visite six times trying to repair the laptop with no result . they then declared it not repaiable and said will give me arefurbished laptop . now nearly two months have gone till date i have not got any laptop.
