Consumer Redressal

I have a normal saving bank account in state bank of india, Nagod branch (branch code- 1348). I came to know that around 22000/- has been deducted from my account on 17 April 2013 as \"pos prch\". I don’t know how money is debited, as I never use this account/Card for any bill payment or shopping malls. Also make a note that my account does not have net banking facility and mobile banking facility. So it looks like a cyber crime case, where someone hacked my card details and using this card doing bill payment or shopping malls, etc. I have already raised this issue with bank but they are not ready to help me on this. I am sure that this can be tracked with the proper co-ordination with bank . So I request you to please do the needful and help me to get my money back. Regards, Jamunendra Tripathi
