Sir, i booked a Magique 12 Pcs Premium Bedding set in the name of my wife Mrs Geeta Raina from online shopping portal www.next.co.in via order no 00400001. i paid the cost of the item i.e Rs.1999/- in advance through internet banking(a/c no.30030938572-SBI)on 26 Feb 2015.Subsequently,the consignor transported the item through GATI transport instructing the transporter to collect the cost of item from me. As mentioned, since i had paid the cost in advance,GATI declined to deliver the item. The matter was brought to the notice of consignor on their landline number and i mailed my complaint to the consignor on two occassions. since then i have been calling the consignor but of no avail. The calls to the consignor have cost me additional Rs 300/- getting only false assurances in return.The case has caused me immense mental trauma as it seems that i have lost my hard earned money
