Consumer Redressal

Dear Team, My consumer no is 704105 I have book my gas on date. 12.03.2015 and Internet Booking No. :3151273200707355(Vidya Krupa Gas Agency, HP Cooking Gas Agencies Hadapsar Pune) But till now I have not get the Cylinder. I have also try several times to contact the dealer but every time they commit to deliver refill next, I have submitted all required documents .I did not get refill since last two month and I am only waiting for same & facing a huge problem.
