Dear Sir,
As booked the product from Infibeam for 2TB external hard disk (4 march 2015)(Order ID: 14871023) and on receiving found empty box that was retured on the spot to delivery boy and also mentioned on his copy that "found empty box hence returned". All detail was updated on phone to infibeam and mailed with snaps given but still taken more than 15 days from delivery date and they are not sending my product and every time telling me that we are investigating on it. Its a matter of cheating and forgery with customer as product was misplaced by him or his courier partner but thay are giving me every time different excuses.
