On 25th march 2015 I received iPhone 5c blue GSM UNLOCKED but later I discovered that the phone had a red patch on the screen and I was neither provided with earphones nor with the bill the piece was umtidily packed in a small box and not in apple iPhone 5c box , the status of phone while buying was new but the phone on receiving was used .. should I get the replacement in couple of days or esle I have no alternative but to seek a consumer court ..
