I am very much aggrieved and regret to inform you that the refrigerator EON 240PS LTR DD purchased by me from M/s Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. ,20. Old court house street, Kolkata-700001 on 22.10.2014 vide their invoice no DH/SA/141520201 dated 22.10.2014 for Rs.19900/= which is not working satisfactorily as I have already mentioned in my complaints lodged thrice within 4 months of purchased as per details furnished below :
1) I booked a complaint on 20.12.14 , call no 399591, for temperature adjustment which is not working properly .
2) On 29.12.14 I booked complaint, call no 406532, when the bulb was replaced against payment of Rs50/=.
3) On 18.02.15 I again booked a complaint ,call no 863100, when the technician visited and demanded Rs 150/= for replacement of compressor tray/bin which I refused to pay.
In my opinion and observations I find that the materials used in this model are very inferior and poor quality product resulting in such problems.
