Consumer Redressal

Hello Sir/Mam, I am Roni Das From Habra, West Bengal, I'm cheated by a Job Service called Karmayog Job Service running under BGM Group Of Company Ltd. which is placed on Ranaghat, Nadia, WB. They collect Rs. - 4875.00/- from me on 16.06.2014 for giving me a job on HDFC Bank, DUM DUM branch. They give me a Posting Order on that day. They told me that you get a offer letter on 21.06.2014 and you could join on work from 22.06.2014. But, after that when I didn't get any mail or post from their company, I call them and they (Suchorita Paul & Gupta Babu) told me "okay, at this moment we can't send you the offer letter by post, we send you that letter via email". But, after that when I don't get any email, I call them many times they talk to me with very rough behaviour and use lots of ugly slang languages and they told me "I didn't receive any money from you, and I got all documents x-rox copies, you never get a job on any private sector". So, my request to you that, give me justice on this
