Sir,
I ordered 2 xiaomi 10400mah power banks from eBay.com for ₹999.00 on 14/03/15 and received on 21/03/15. The seller was hardtech_14, I found that the product was not working and I complained on eBay guarantee customer care and got a claim ID "926855" and they said they will talk to the seller and resolve with in 5 days. Then seller mailed me regarding the product and said that he wont refund but he can only replace after checking the product. But I should send back the product by courier by my own money because he don't have courier pick up itseams. I called to the customer care again and said about that but they are saying not to worry their team would take care of it. But it's already 4 days only a day remaining, I lost my hope, please help me to get my refund.
