Consumer Redressal

I received my order no 74130674 which was having a pair of shoe of brand PUMA. When i opened the package, shoe was not in Puma box, it was in Myntra box. There was a small cutting of original puma box which was pasted on myntra box. When i saw the shoes, the sole was dirty which clearly tells that the product was used by someone. I made a complaint to myntra about this with photographs of the product and box. I asked them to provide me exchange for this product with same sized shoe because same size was available on their website at that time. First, I called them and they asked me to drop a mail to returns@myntra.com. I sent them an email with all the details.I waited for 3 days for their reply but they didn't reply. Then I sent another mail for follow up. Till this time, same shoe is same size was available on their website. After 5 days, i received an email from them saying that they cannot provide exchange as they are not having same sized shoe. First they took 5 days to respond...
