This is in reference to the repair of my subject handset given to Karbonn's Service Centre in Kolkata( on 3rd Jan'15,that I regret to inform you on non-receipt of my handset till date.I had called up on the company's Toll Free no.to know about the reapir status at least 10-12 times for the past 2 months & every time I had been told to wait for a week & it keeps on going.Today when I had called on the Toll Free no.I had been asked to wait for another 2 weeks.This wait is going on forever.It seems that I have made a wrong choice by purchasing Karbonn mobile.The service of Karbonn Mobile company is pathetic & appalling to say the least.I had purchased this handset in Oct'14 & could hardly use it for 3 months when the LCD started malfunctioning.
Would earnestly request you to please register my complaint in this forum and provide me legitimate direction to protect my interest
