i ordered a yellow handbag from shopclues.com.order no #42607643.the shopping site told the bag has 2 compartments and in add picture this was small in size.but they send me a big yellow bag with one compartment.when i know this is the wrost shopping site i try to cncl my order.but there was no return/cncl policy.if i cncl the order they did not return my money.so i don't cncl the order.plzz hlp me..how can i get the right justice?i want my money back or want the same bag.
