sir, i would like to inform you that i'm raju nath, mobile no-7278354474, would like to complain against aircel service provider against deduction of balance with no reason. on 13/03/2015 they deducted rs 15 and on 23/03/2015 rs 5, when i wanted to know the reason they told me some kind of hungama service has activated on my no although i have not subscribed that, they told me they would refunded the money with in 72 hours but that did not happened.previously i had faced this same kind of problem and i lost my balance without reason and did not get back the balance. now i'm fed up with this problem.and doing the same activity day by day.what should i do now? please help me sir.
