Consumer Redressal

Order ID : 39674355 Paid: Rs.28,299 I have order "Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD Slim LED Television Code: 6675782" on 28 Feb 2015, 01:57 PM on shopclues.com. On the same day I cancelled the order due to some personal reason and asked for the refund of the money, which i have paid with my HDFC credit card. after 4 days shopclues.com executive called me and said that your amount will be refunded in 15 working days. I waited for 15 working days. then i called the customer support, they said there was some technical issue and we refund in 3 days. but its already 5 days but no update. its almost one month. i have to pay may credit card bill. i tried to call to call customer care but they are not lifting the call. i have wasted my lot of time calling they, checking the mails ext. please take a legal action and help me in refunding my money with penalties. thanks in advance for your help. waiting for your response. thanks, syed shanab shah 9866572809
