i ordered online three koutons pant from 100bestbuy.com, they are shown in site Rs.999/-, when i ordered completed they are chrged me on delivery time Rs.1450/-, that time i am not in office office staff paid Rs.1450/-, when i opened packet they are delivered three old pant which are not wearable, then i mailed for replacement ,they again delivered same thing, after that i want to return money they ignore and so many time called and mailed then they are return back packet and they confirmed me amount is adjust in your credit point but they are not paid Rs.1450/- + courier charges Rs.200/- only credit Rs. 1150/- point and now i am not place any ordered ,they are removed my 1150/- point also. so please sir look into the matter i am a salary person Rs 10000/- per month , how i managed total Rs. 1650/- lost without any thing received.
