I was contacted by email (support_mh@idea.adityabirla.com) stating that a LOK ADALAT case has been filed for non payment of dues with a phone number mentioned in the email. I contacted the said person. The disputed number is 2.5years old and has been disconnected. They dont have any bills surrounding the invoice/call details. I contacted the idea customer care they too gave me the same response stating that the number is no longer in use and the invoice cant be published. Now this collection agency from whom i got the mail are giving me a dummy number under which i need to pay the dues. There is no trace of the payment that i ll make; whether it will settle the dues.. i am confused to make a payment without a clear invoice in place. What should i do?
