Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a power bank for charging of mobile by online shopping from WWW.Whaaky.com and make payment Rs. 599/- through net banking on 03/03/2015 but www.whaaky.com did not supply the said item so far( Order No. S80764479). I wrote them many times regarding the delivery of the said item on their customer email id support@whaaky.com , they replied on 14/03/2015 that they are dispatching the said item on urgent basis but till date no item has been received by me. I tried to contact them on their customer care number 04066228282 many times but nobody do not pick up the call during the office working hours. The payment amount Rs. 599/- is not more but I want to teach them a lesion TAKI VE KISI AUR KO CHEAT NA KAR SAKE AUR YE FAKE SITE BAND KARAI JA SAKE.
