I am a Postpaid subscriber of Airtel since 2007 and have another number of Prepaid Idea as well.
Wanted this Prepaid Idea number to be ported to Airtel Postpaid and so raised a request on the Airtel website for the MNP. During the procedure, I was told that the prepaid balance that I had in the Idea will be carry forwarded to the Airtel Postpaid., which was wrong.
After the MNP, I was given a bill and was asked to pay it. and there were no adjustments done on it.
Airtel shouldnt provide such wrong information to it's existing customers.
