dear sir my name is sanjoy i am a physically handycapped man so depend upon online shopping and now cheated by purplle a big amount of Rs645/ please help me god will help you i booked some product from purplle on Dt27/02/2015 of Rs645/ having order no 20150227401653 but till now nither they are sending the product to me or refunding me i tried to talk to the customer care 09223300222 but it is a false number provided by them it only hanging the call and charges a large bill i tried to mail them not less then 15 times but they are not responding the mail i am a 50% disable person please help me to get back my money i am a poor man.
