  Dear Sir, PF Settlement Claim ID: PYPNY121000013216 Member Account No.PYPNY00317750000000004 Form 10C (Withdrawal Benefit) Claim ID: pypny121000013218 Member Account No.PYPNY00317750000000004 I was working as Asst. Manager-Coordination in M/s. Agromatica Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., Sunkadakatte, Bangalore and resigned with effect from 30-06-2012. Exactly after 2 months of my resignation i.e., during august, 2012 I have applied for PF withdrawal. During October, 2012, it was rejected stating that \"March, 2012 ECR not submitted\". So, I again submitted fresh form during October, 2012 with March 2012 ECR. However this was also rejected stating the same reason. Now, it is more than 9 months since I left the company, neither the company nor PF office are helping. Only thing they are telling is you have to apply once again. So, can I continue to apply and in turn they reject. Will I get the PF money or not I am not sure. I therefore going to the Consumer Court. Thanking you,
