Dear Sir/Madam,
SUB-: Irresponsible working by MTS Prepaid service.
I am mts customer.I was used this sim card since 3 year.
Due to some reason sim card is not working and I want to change this sim
card . My sim card no is. 8926911152. All document like voter card and
passport size photo I was given to retailer. After few day later he
said your sim card is not registered with your document. But 3 year
later I was purchase sim card from him. Due to this reason my sim card
is not be changed .
This no. is very important for me and it is very argent .
