Last year I bought a kenstar cooler on 27 th may 2012 . there was warranty of 1 year on cooler motor and pump . Now pump of the cooler has gone faulty . I have cash-memo of the shop . Warranty card stamped by the dealer. the Sl No of the cooler which was on written on paper got teared of during cleaning . Now company representative instead of checking the pump sl no and motor sl no says that it can not be repaired as sl no of the cooler is missing .They say if I want cooler to be repaired have to bear the cost . Pls help
