Sir/Madam ,
This email is regarding my MTS NO 8642966156.
Please Note that total Rs 147 has been deducted from my account as they have forcefully activated VAS without my consent. I even do not know the names all of the VAS they activated. The details of the VAS Deduction are :
1.RS 30 deducted on 09.03.15,
2. Rs 11 deducted on 010.03.15
3.Rs 99 deducted on 11.03.15 AND
4. Rs 7 deducted on 12.03.15.
I contacted the MTS Customer Care regarding the issue but with zero result.
I even escalated the issue to the Appeallate Authority, the highest grievance body by repeatedly mailing them at Appellate.wb@mtsindia.in. But they are also stubborn and are not paying any attention to my complaint.
Please note that VAS was activated automatically WITHOUT MY CONSENT. ACCORDING TO TRAI GUIDELINE MTS CANNOT ACTIVATE VAS WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S CONSENT.
Moreover,
According to customer 's right protection act under Ministry of TELECOMMUNICATIONS money deducted on VAS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS CONSENT
