I was working with VE Commercial Vehicles Limited from Jan 14 to 10th Nov'14.In my salary slip the PF no was not mentioned.I understand they are depositing the PF in the trustee.Now after so many reminder they are asking for Filled PF Withdrawal (Form 10c &19) along with the Form 16 (JAN14 to Nov14).I am not able to understand what is the logic for Form 16.Moreover I have already handed over the Filled PF Withdrawal (Form 10c &19) alongwith cancel cheque.But the same was lost by them.Please advice.
