Consumer Redressal

I ordered a topper from oxolloxo.com. But because of some issues I had to return that product to the company back again. One of his courier man came to me to collect that product without any information, but because of some misunderstanding i gave wrong product to that courier man. Then i called to company, drop messages & mails to them to inform about this issue, but till yet I didn't got any reply from their side. In fact, till yet I didn't got my original product or any kind of refund or any kind of information related to that product. And I want my original product back as soon as possible or refund in against that.
